2021 Assessment/Dues Collection Schedule
- January 1, 2021 - Assessment of $450.00 to each lot
- February 1, 2021 - Full payment of $450.00 due or 1st installment of $225.00 due
- April 1, 2021 - 2nd installment of $225.00 due
Payments not received by April 1, 2021 are delinquent and will follow the process outlined in the 'WWHOA Collection Policy.'
